Patsy Wellen first came to this area as a manager of Radio Shack in Elizabeth City, NC.  After 21 years of service, she retired and decided that real estate would be her next career.  Patsy was enthralled with the beauty and serenity of the Outer Banks, and decided that she wanted to be a part of the phenomenal real estate explosion on the Outer Banks.  Land and Sea Realty, Inc. would be her place to succeed on the OBX.
